Spread the Warmth Blanket Drive

Dear FPCC Family Members,

The Concord “Under the Overpass Outreach” ministry provides services and supplies for the individuals living out in the elements. They have asked that we help by providing much-needed warm blankets.

Accordingly, the Great Commission Team has organized a blanket drive called “Spread the Warmth.” Church members and regular attendees are being asked to contribute new or used heavy blankets or donate funds to be used to purchase blankets. Contributed blankets should be warm and large enough to cover and wrap around an adult. If used, it is important that they be clean and in good or gently used condition.

Please plan to make your blanket contribution at the Church office on either January 14, 15, or 16 between 9 AM & Noon. You can make cash contributions any time before January 16 via Zelle or by sending a check made out to FPCC with the comment line “Blankets.”

For more information, you can contact Margaret Bachman. She has information on where you can purchase low-cost affordable blankets if you desire to do so.

Your generosity in spreading the warmth is much appreciated.

In His Service,

Susan Koester, Chair of the Great Commission Team
