Tom Waddell - Senior Pastor

Tom Waddell joined us as our Interim Senior Pastor on March 6th.  Tom was born in Berkeley and raised in Southern California. He graduated from the University of Southern California and Fuller Theological Seminary in the 1970s, and in 1988 Tom received the Doctor of Ministry from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. Most recently, Pastor Tom was Interim Pastor at John Knox Presbyterian Church in Dublin and serves on San Francisco Presbytery's Healthy Congregations committee.  Tom's lovely wife, Cynthia, serves as Executive Director of the International Center for Disability Resources on the Internet, a non-profit organization that advocates for the rights of disabled persons worldwide. They have two daughters: Elizabeth, an insurance agent in Hayward, and Christina, a graduate student at USC. They also have a five-year-old granddaughter, Julia.

Jim Cismowski - Minister of Music & Worship

Jim Cismowski earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of the Pacific¹s Conservatory of Music and a Masters in Church Music from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon.  He has served in five churches since entering full-time ministry in 1979.  His passion is helping others to worship the Lord with understanding and enthusiasm, especially through dynamic song.  He and his wife, Liane have two children, Paul and Jane.

Marlene Ssebulime - Director of Children's Ministries

Marlene has been our Director of Children's Ministries since 2002.  She earned her bachelor's degree in family and consumer science from Sacramento State and is married to David Ssebulime.
