Matthew 19:14
Jesus said, "Let the little children
come to me, and do not hinder them,
for the kingdom of heaven
belongs to such as these."
Children Listening to MarleneWelcome to Children’s Ministries at First Presbyterian Church!  At FPCC, our Children's Ministry exists to let children know God's love. We want to prepare them to discover and develop a personal relationship with Jesus. We want to nurture their spirit, equip them to exalt God, and experience the joy of service.

Each curriculum is designed to clearly present to every child our need for Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Our ultimate goal is to come alongside parents in their God-given task of “training their children in the way they should go,” according to the principles of Scripture, as they walk together as a family through the joys and challenges of everyday life. Children’s Ministries takes a variety of forms throughout the week, as our teaching staff and program
leaders encourage children to follow Jesus and grow in their faith through Bible-based teaching and application.

Your child’s age, as of September 1, is the guideline for determining their age-appropriateness in any ministry.

Child Safety:  The staff provides a safe and loving environment for your children. Our qualified care givers are trained in child safety. We make accommodations for potty training and food allergies. Your children's needs and safety are always our number one priority.

Our Caregivers are professional, dependable and love to play with the kids.  They are also CPR trained and have background clearance.

Additional Nursery Care:  Nursery care is sometimes available for other events (i.e.: concerts, new member classes and Alpha) as set up with the Children’s Director.

Children will start the worship hour at 9:30am with their parents in the Sanctuary, and then those who wish will be escorted by a Children's Ministry team member downstairs to our classrooms after the children’s message in the service.
